Clickbank for Beginners Review (Paolo Beringuel Course)
Clickbank for Beginners is Paolo’s approach to affiliate marketing, and it’s selling for $497. You might have heard from him since he was selling a course back in 2018 for a whopping $4,997, just to have it given away for free a year later.
This course offers 12 modules for its price, and it says it’ll show you the steps necessary to start promoting affiliate products from Clickbank and getting those sweet, sweet commissions.
The course offers the strategies used by Paolo himself to (allegedly) generate constant 6 figures just from Clickbank programs.
It’s hosted on Teachables, which means the videos are responsive on all devices and fully HD, but you can’t download them.
Who’s the author?
Paolo says he lives off Clickbank, and he does have noticeable value over at his YouTube channel. However, that value is mostly due to how it’s the same content other channels offer, which was good in the first place.
Clickbank is a good choice for affiliate marketing, especially if you’re a beginner. However, I’d place some doubt on his 6-figure claims since there are better and more reliable platforms, and Clickbank is fairly saturated.
Then again, Paolo doesn’t really overhype his course showing off his luxuries, so I’ll at least give him that.
Reviewing Clickbank for Beginners
Man, this was a short course, so he followed the steps of his previous course, but at least this time it was 10 times cheaper.
Unfortunately, I can’t really say that the value makes up for its length, and it feels like he’s making things up as he goes every now and then. If you see his YouTube videos, you’ll see him pausing often, and that translates into this course.
There are 12 modules, and they go from setting up your Clickbank all the way to marketing. It also covers your landing and thank you pages, and there’s some content on trackers and funnels before going into email marketing and reporting.
There’s a FB private group, private training, and a few bonus resources. It takes about an hour and a half (well, almost) to finish the entire course.
Let’s check out the content.
Into the content
It starts with an introduction to Clickbank and how to create your account. The module closes with some recommended niches and how to choose your own before a final video just to explain how to copy your link to offers.
The 2nd module offers 3 videos on how to create your land pages using Clickfunnels plus how to add an autoresponder to them.
The 3rd module is just a video about creating your thank you page.
The next module goes into how to set up your autoresponder and setting up your email list. It closes with an explanation of how to connect Aweber to your Clickfunnels account.
The 5th module goes into tracking lists. You’ll learn how you can set them up, how to keep them updated with your new links, and it also has brief video guide to setting up Click Magik.
The 6th module only has a couple of videos about testing your sales funnels to make sure it works the way it should.
7th module offers 5 brief videos on how you can use Udimi for finding someone selling solo ads, how to send your first solo ad email, and how to collect your leads. Remember that hiring people might increase your budget, though.
The 8th module goes into how to actually run your email marketing. You have 3 videos telling you how to create your follow up campaign with Aweber. There’s also a bonus video expanding on the subject and a downloadable email swipes campaign for you to copy.
Just make sure you don’t really copy it, as every other student has the same downloadable.
The 9th module is just another 80-second video, this time about analyzing your stats on your Clickbank dashboard.
The last 2 modules are just assorted bonuses. The first one gives you the link to the private Facebook student group and the additional coaching from Paolo himself. The 12th module is just a bonus download for FB ads and an extra video about how you can get more sales or leads using the platform.
Final Verdict
I explained the modules briefly not because I want to make it look short; it’s actually the only way I can explain it, given the amount of content offered in this course.
It’s a course for absolute beginners with zero clue as to how they can make a dime on the internet. It’s the only explanation besides it being incomplete. You can’t really expect to gain a significant income with these steps.
It offers some good tips about building your list, but it fails to tell you what you can actually do with that list. There’s nothing about keeping it updated with constant value.
You’re basically paying almost $500 for 90 minutes explaining how to create your Clickfunnels account (with his own affiliate link), create 2 pages, and sending out a solo ad that you bought on Udemi. That’s somehow his genius approach to being a Clickbank millionaire.
There’s nothing on content marketing as well, which is (in my opinion) the best way to market your affiliate links. In fact, you can go to Paolo’s own YouTube channel and get more content and value than you get from this course.
You can save $300 just by getting Savage Affiliates, and you’ll get countless more content and value on the same topics and many more.
